A burst of energy and enthusiasm for my family of mcus led me to a busy day. I was searching for some info on an STM8s-discovery board and came across the live video feed of Russian Soyuz MS-09 spacecraft ISS resupply launch, which was great to watch. As comments were being made on the side panel I noticed some in Turkish so I arranged an online translation page to help me. I enjoyed examining the language years ago when I back-packed my way through for a month. A friend called and I paused my viewing to talk about Intel ICE equipment that we both used in the early 1980s and the similarity to JTAG. He mentioned his brother who works at Google and has a blog page at Alan Kent.
A few years ago I was given a Cypress Pioneer Kit. I recently have made some progress in using that kit and with the aid of the iOS App proved that I could use the BLE and modify the examples.
I should have been working on my Alffie assignment but that will have to take place today. Later in the day I also connected an Arduino and an LCD I2C board that was waiting for me to experiment with. I often listen to 3mbs especially the Bill McGlaughlin parts.
An aim is to interconnect the above-mentioned processors. Some of them will work nicely with my collection of Raspberry Pis.
