Done! You can now compile ESP-IDF projects.
Go to the project directory and run:

idf.py build

The C compiler

"C:/Program Files/Microsoft Visual Studio/2022/Community/VC/Tools/MSVC/14.40.33807/bin/Hostx64/x64/cl.exe"

is not able to compile a simple test program.
