The CY8C numbers on the Quick Start Sheet for the dongle are:
'CY8C4248LQI-BL583' PSoc 4 BLE device
'CY8C5868LTI-LP039' PSoc 5LP programmer and debugger

Note: the 'device used' value appears in the Error message.
Why is the programmer objecting to the device (USB dongle)?
The dongle was successfully used a few years ago before I noticed that an update to the software IDE was
available.

The reason for this investigation is that the 'program' sequence often objects to the KitProg version - which is shown as 2.20 above.
