Uses an STM32F103RBT6.
From the schematic, the input power regulator is an NCP1117ST50T3G which is a 20V 1A device so now happy to plug it in.
(a W.I.P. - but looks like )JP3 and JP4 are used to enable outputs on TXS0108EPWR Voltage Level Translator Bidirectional 1 Circuit 8 Channel 60Mbps 20-TSSOP.
