the SDL graphics part
stack install
if the build fails due to missing SDL you could get libsdl2-gfx-1.0.0 from Synaptic package managerbut that version is old so better to get the latest stable version and build it yourself:

Linux note:
get SDL version 2.0.8 (stable) source code from here

fuel bills : Gas, Electricity

As we all try and cut down on our usage we might consider that there is some evidence to show that the weights of the fixed and variable parts of our utilities are changing.

The privately owned gas, electricity and water bills have their shareholders to consider. They need to show growth and this means greater amounts of the bottom lines of the respective companies.
One way to combat the decline in the usage part is to increase the 'fixed charge' portion of the bills.

This is a personal note to remind me to find the evidence in my own bills.
