Great I hope you will be back soon....
This is a work in progress and for a while will surely look like that....
As I now have access to MS WORD 2010 again, I can continue the journey in the same clothes..
My radio related interests include:
Radio, how radios work, and how radio propagates from one place to another , modulation types and the associated methods of demodulating including different methods of achieving the same effect.
Satellites:
I enjoy listening to (this means the voices and the telemetry) satellites. This includes amateur satellites, the ISS (International Space Station), weather satellites and so on. I derive some enjoyment from predicting, by various means, the paths and location of these.
Mathematical puzzles and how they may be solved logically, maybe by breaking them into much small problems and possibly using computers (in some form including mobile phones).
This brings me to the interest in computers, programming and connecting computers to devices to interact with the real world. Favourite puzzles falling into this category are Tower of Hanoi, Fibonacci and other recursive situations such as found in fractals and pretty computer graphics.
Other interests:
Java programming
Watching birds and animals of Australia
Scuba diving
North East Radio Club web site
Macedon Ranges Amateur Radio Club web site
